"Me and my friends made this up during a celebration we gave approximately 10 or so years ago. We have been ingesting champagne and taking pictures gelatin shots. 1 cup vodka

In a medium bowl, stir together the gelatin blend and boiling water until completely dissolved, approximately 2 mins. Stir in vodka. Pour the liquid into small paper cups or portion cups. Chill until set, at least 2 hours.
